Any loss or damages to Oxtel materials (e.g., laundry card, room keys, wardrobe keys, access card, extension, reading light) will result in a fine or disciplinary action.

Parking Regulations

All two-wheelers and four-wheelers must be parked in the designated areas. Management is not responsible for any theft or damages to vehicles parked inside or outside of Oxtel premises.

Fine Schedule

  • Laundry Card Replacement: 300
  • Extension Cable Replacement: 200
  • Reading Light Replacement: 100

Deposit Refund Policy

A notice period of 30 days is required for the refund of the deposit.

Security Measures

CCTV surveillance is in place in the lounge, entrance areas, and outside for the safety of all residents.

Rent Payment

Rent must be paid on or before the 5th of each month. Failure to do so will result in the denial of biometric access.
